As the Founder, Director and Lead Faculty member of The CAFS Academy, I bring with me extensive experience in teaching, academic administration, curriculum delivery and student mentorship. Since 2017, I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students across a diverse range of internationally recognised academic programmes, including Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IBDP, AQA and International GCSE curricula.

My professional journey has further encompassed teaching and administrative responsibilities at some of Lahore’s well-reputed educational institutions, including LGS, LACAS, PAS and Riphah University. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary education, examination frameworks, academic management and, most importantly, the evolving needs of students navigating increasingly competitive educational environments.

Academically, I hold an MPhil in English Linguistics, a discipline that has profoundly enriched my understanding of language, communication, critical discourse and effective pedagogy. This academic foundation, complemented by years of classroom experience, has shaped my conviction that education should transcend the confines of rote learning. Students must be encouraged to question, analyse, articulate and construct knowledge independently.

At The CAFS Academy, our objective is therefore not merely to prepare students for examinations, but to cultivate intellectual curiosity, analytical acumen, academic resilience and confidence. We endeavour to provide an environment where conceptual understanding takes precedence over mechanical memorisation, while rigorous examination preparation remains an integral component of the learning process.
